Job Description

Amazon is seeking Transportation Representatives (L2 Associates) who will serve as the primary point of contact between Amazon and its delivery partners. In this role, you represent Amazon itself to delivery partners—helping them resolve concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between Amazon and delivery partners.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with delivery partners and customers.
• Troubleshoot delivery partner issues and provide practical solutions.
• Escalate sensitive cases following the correct matrix when required.
• Meet or exceed performance targets on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Use logical reasoning to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Demonstrate strong time-management and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in any specialization from a recognized university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand and resolve partner issues.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel), and internet browsers.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to manage distractions and focus on issue resolution.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation support.
• Advanced Excel skills.
